I’m beyond disappointed and angry with how Fitness Heroes Gym treated me. Over two months ago, my earbud case was stolen inside the gym, from the same place where all members keep their belongings. Since that day, I’ve been asking them to check the CCTV footage, but no one has taken any action — they just keep ignoring it like nothing happened.
When I finally spoke to the owner, instead of helping, he spoke rudely and disrespectfully, saying things like “I’m not here to take care of your small belongings” and “It’s not my fault, it’s your responsibility.”
Seriously? The theft happened inside your gym, and this is how you talk to a member asking for help?
It’s been more than two months now — no update, no apology, no responsibility. The staff just don’t care at all. I trusted this place, but the way they’ve handled this shows zero professionalism, zero empathy, and zero accountability.
Would never recommend this gym to anyone. If your things get stolen here, be ready to be blamed instead of helped.
