After feeling like a previous service provider wasn’t doing a great job and suddenly losing 2 large plecos we’d had for over 10 years. I reached out to Nathan and discovered that our suspicions were correct, none of our four filters had actually been cleaned by the previous provider. Nathan helped explain everything that could have happened and put my mind at ease about it basically being unavoidable with the state the filters had been in. What would have taken me days to do myself, he was able to get done extremely quickly and all whilst genuinely showing passion for the job and being extremely easy to talk to. Nathan came to our rescue when my son’s fish tank filter stopped working and the water level dropped significantly. I texted him first thing in the morning in a panic and he kindly fit us into his schedule and quickly resolved the problem with the filter and gave the tank a good clean. All of the pets survived and the tank is so much clearer now. I would definitely call Nathan again and recommend him to others. Thanks!
