Pedro knows his stuff! My crew was exceptional! Everything padded wrapped prepared on time respected my property. I didn’t think they were gonna be able to get everything in the truck, but they loaded it all and were amazing.

First Step provided another seamless, efficient move. Sergio and Francisco went above and beyond, tackling a third-floor apartment with a great attitude and impressive speed. I appreciated that they worked diligently to keep costs fair rather than stretching out the hourly rate. Working with the owner, Christy, was a pleasure; she is hands-on and zero-pressure. After using 10 different companies over the years, this is the only one I recommend.

Wonderful and professional moving company! Very reasonable prices. Manager was very helpful and kind - especially when our move date changed. Our move crew was friendly and helpful. They moved quickly and didn’t dilly dally around. They packed our belongings carefully and took special precautions to make sure our valuables weren’t broken. Would highly recommend this company to anyone moving. We hadn’t moved in over 20+ years and Christy made our move seem seamless!!

Just used this company for the 2nd time in the last year. Denton to Celina back in April and now Celina to Arlington and they’ve been perfect. 2 man crew. Loaded my 1 bedroom duplexe and had it unloaded at the new location within 3 hours both times! I’ve spent less than $1000 for both moves - 10/10 Also, Christy is the best in the business. I work in property management and will be referring everyone that mentions movers. Again, thank you guys!

First step moving, made my move smooth, quick, and with ease! They arrived at the time I requested, and kept me updated on what time they would be there. I was moved out of my old place and into my new place with my furniture put back together a little over 2.5 hours. The movers were very nice and handle all of my boxes and furniture with care. I highly recommend them.

We had an awesome experience! Carlos and his partner Kevin took such great care of our valuables. One thing I’ll add (bc I think it was just THAT thoughtful of them) is that both movers removed their shoes EVERY TIME they walked on our new carpet. They were both professional and friendly. Company was efficient with our quote and payment communication. Would use their services again and will recommend.

First Step Moving was fantastic! They were easy to work with on getting the moved scheduled and gave a fair and accurate quote. On moving day, Chris and his guys showed up right on time and got straight to work. They worked quickly and made sure every single piece of furniture was wrapped and handled with care. They were great to talk to throughout the move. Everything made it to my new place with no hiccups and at a fair price. Highly recommend! Thanks team.

The crew arrived right on schedule, were friendly and asked questions along the way as needed. They were respectful of our items and even found a missing bolt from my bed and fixed it for me. They were very fast and efficient, finishing much quicker than I’d anticipated. Overall very satisfied and won’t hesitate to recommend. Also loved that their woman and locally owned!!

These guys are top notch. They were recommended to my wife and I’m very glad we went this route. Not only was it extremely affordable, but the guys were awesome. Very respectful, helpful and careful with our things. No issues at either location as far as anything being damaged. I have a safe that is about 550lbs or so, and they had two guys move it without any issue at all. The owner (Christine) even came to check in on things and make sure we were happy. HIGHLY recommend these guys….we will be using them from now on! If I could do 10/10 stars I would!

Several items were damaged during our move, including our living room TV. While they did return to patch a wall they damaged, the paint didn’t match, and it was poorly done. On top of that, I was accused of not checking a box thoroughly for a missing TV cord—which they had lost—and I had to borrow my son’s just to test the TV. Once we powered it on, it was clear the TV had been completely mishandled and crushed. Despite paying this company a significant amount to handle our move, we ended up having to replace the TV ourselves out of pocket. I submitted a damage claim, and the only response I received was that they might cover $30. Since then, there has been no further communication. They have not taken accountability, and I’ve been left with no choice but to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company has proven to be completely unprofessional and unresponsive. Consider this a warning—stay away and find someone else!!!
