Several items were damaged during our move, including our living room TV. While they did return to patch a wall they damaged, the paint didn’t match, and it was poorly done. On top of that, I was accused of not checking a box thoroughly for a missing TV cord—which they had lost—and I had to borrow my son’s just to test the TV.
Once we powered it on, it was clear the TV had been completely mishandled and crushed. Despite paying this company a significant amount to handle our move, we ended up having to replace the TV ourselves out of pocket.
I submitted a damage claim, and the only response I received was that they might cover $30. Since then, there has been no further communication. They have not taken accountability, and I’ve been left with no choice but to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
This company has proven to be completely unprofessional and unresponsive. Consider this a warning—stay away and find someone else!!!
