We cover a 40 mile radius as west as Naperville to far east as Gary, Indiana and as far south as Peotone, Illinois to up north as Chicago. Waited for almost 4 hours when we were told it would take around 1.5 hours for a tow truck. We tried calling multiple times to get an ETA and could not get ahold of anyone. We ended up canceling the tow truck, called a different company and they were there within 30 minutes. Do not use this company! Would give them zero stars if I could.

I used them twice back to back- very professional and nice. Kept me engaged in conversation as they prepared my suv for towing. First tow I had in over 10 years and of course a wait time for arrival is long; but it was a nice day and once they arrived, it went smoothly. I love that the first driver took pictures of my vehicle I’m guessing to prove its condition upon arrival. I’m hoping that I don’t need a tow for a very very long time but if I did, they’ll be on my list to call.
