FIRST RESPONSE TOWING

These guys were awesome. Never had to use a tow truck before. They had great Google reviews and I agree. Had a tire go on my '66 Mustang. Called them and the gentleman on the phone was very polite and understanding. He had a tow truck on road as we were speaking. I had to get to a family function and they said that wasn't a problem. I didn't need to be there. They picked up the Mustang and brought it to my location. Very quick service. We'll use again when needed.

Excellent service. After waiting for nearly 2hrs for another towing company (and never showed), I called other local companies with no prevail. Gabriel returned my call within a short time of me calling and put my worries and mind at ease. He was kind, understanding, and guided me on what to do with my car, and towed it within the timeframe he provided. His communication was excellent, providing me prompt photo updates of my car. I am immensely appreciative for his service! Highly recommend! Thank you Gabriel!

I had the pleasure of meeting Ray, and speaking with Gabriel. I had to cancel a tow, but was unable to do so through the company that requested it… so it was a bit of a tricky situation that I was unsure how to manage from that point. Nevertheless, Gabriel was able to smooth over the situation with such professionalism, understanding, fairness, and kindness -this is what stood out to me. Ray was also understanding and a pleasure to speak with. For these reasons, if I, or anyone I come across, ever require a tow, I will highly recommend this company! Customer service is everything these days, and I really appreciate how they handled everything!

Ray from First Response Towing was friendly, thorough and professional. The clutch in my 1960's car decided to not cooperate when I was out for a drive this afternoon. Ray took the time to remove the front licence plate because it was a bit low. Backed the tow truck in my driveway (not easy because of parked cars) and he even re-attached the front licence plate!! I will definitely use First Response again - and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I couldn't get any towing company to even answer my call. First Response answered my call and dispatched a tow very fast. Professional and quality service and they were even faster then then they said they would be. I would recommend to anyone needing a tow 💯💯💯

Customer service was fantastic. They helped one of my good friends go across into Detroit to recover their car that was in an accident.

I needed a tire plugged in short notice and they came out to my house within 2 hours and got it all fixed within an hour. I called and they answered right away and asked for a picture and put me in right away. Very quick with response time and really reliable. They helped me when everywhere else was booked and busy and I’m so thankful I found these guys. Very nice and reasonable guys that get things done in such a timely manner and stick to their word. Will definitely call them if I ever need anything. Would recommend endlessly. Such a great experience.

Gabe has always taken care of me, I had an extremely low widebody vehicle that if ever needed a tow I'd only let first response get my car and never had any worries! Gabe always took the extra time and care to make sure my vehicle was cared for at pick up and drop off as well as on route to its destination and I was always confident my vehicle was in good hands. When I ran into a storage issue with my vehicle he quickly reached out to offer me an opportunity to store my vehicle at a reasonable monthly price! If anyone ever needs a tow I'd call Gabe at first response and he will make sure you are more than satisfied and taken care of in a time of need! 10/10 would recommend to everyone

I was having trouble with my starter and needed to get it towed to the nearest Canadian Tire and within minutes, First Response was able to suggest options, which location would be the best for repairs, and were very cordial and professional along the way. I was given the First Response number through the Canadian Tire Roadside Assistance (I was inquiring about towing companies since I did not have a membership with their roadside assistance and this was the number they gave me for non-members) and was a little skeptic that this company would overcharge, but I was pleasantly surprised when they offered such a good rate on the towing, responded promptly to me via phone and text, and even brought the car directly into the Canadian Tire auto shop to be serviced right away. I was expecting long waits , given past experiences with autoshops and towing companies, but it seemed like First Response had a great connection with Canadian Tire and they were able to fix my car within a few hours of towing it (something that would've taken be at least the whole day to fix if I brought the car in myself). For this reason, I HIGHLY recommend using First Response for any car towing service in Windsor! I know I for sure will be recommending this service to all of my friends in the future! The service was professional, prompt, they're very good with communicating and making sure you as the driver had a place to go after towing, and respectful.

My car broke down and I called my extended warranty place to hire a tow, they called First Response Towing to do it. The tow guy showed up, took one look and said it’s likely I ran out of gas, and my fuel gauge saying I had 20km left was not accurate. He said he’d buy $10 of gas and try it before towing. Sure enough, it started up again. I felt so dumb! He said to not worry about paying for anything, even the gas he bought, and just told me to not let it get that low again, or else it could damage my car. He saved me hours of time and hundreds of dollars. If I ever need my car towed for real, this is the only person I would trust.
