I had an emergency situation and contacted several plumbers. Some of them used AI voice chat, which unfortunately did not work as expected. Given that I provide digital services myself (AI voice and chatbot solutions), this was disappointing.
Coming back to First Response — the experience was very positive. The support person was very courteous and easy to communicate with, and plumbers were arranged quickly. They arrived slightly late due to traffic, but they did an excellent job.
The leak was fixed within an hour. Initially, they tried to resolve the issue with minimal work, and when that didn’t work, they replaced the tap. Everything was completed satisfactorily.
First-class service from First Response. Well done.

Simply brilliant . I had a plumbing emergency at the worst possible time, and they were at my door incredibly fast. The engineer was professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He explained the problem in simple terms, fixed it quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.
Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and the price was very reasonable for an emergency call-out. It’s such a relief to find a reliable company that genuinely cares about its customers. If you need a plumber in a hurry, this is the team you want. Absolutely five stars .
