Found this company after another backed out on home air con install and they were so fast to respond to me, to visit and to install. Job was done efficiently and they left no mess. Was happy with the price too and everyone wokring on my house friendly. Would recommend.

The whole experience of dealing with First Rate Mechanical Services Limited could not have been better. Barry provided excellent & timely advice on the most appropriate Aircon system to meet our needs and followed up with a detailed quote with the agreed options. The installation was excellent with the attention to detail, neat & tidy work that could not be faulted. Nothing was too much trouble where we discussed some small modifications to the installation. For a domestic installation you always want a neat job & with Barry’s very high standards you have no concerns - as he says he always treats the installation as if it were his own house. If you need Aircon installed I don’t think you will find anyone better than First Rate Mechanical Services!

I had several quotes to have two Heat Pumps installed in my house. Barry was by far the most professional contractor that came to the house. He answered all my questions over a couple of weeks and understood that I was a little anxious about having something installed that I didn't have a lot of information about. He even referred me to two previous customers who gave him glowing references. The installation was done quickly with no disturbance to my house at all and the finished work looks extremely good - both inside and outside the house. I'm still amazed that I can press a button and cool or warm a room in an instant whenever I want! I would thoroughly recommend First Rate Mechanical Services to anyone wanting to install Heat Pumps in their property.

Barry and the team supplied and installed a really nice looking Panasonic Aircon(with heating) unit in my Garden Office. Very smart and tidy inside and out. Took time to hide cables outside and also took the time to explain how to operate it. Would recommend.
