I went through a contractor nightmare - I was given shoddy shelves and I was so upset and didn't know what to do. Dylan reached out to me to offer help, and boy, am I grateful! They took out the shoddy shelves, and installed my literal dream built-in shelves and made the fireplace super amazing too! I will reach out to Dylan and Tom in the future if I ever do another home project/ improvement. This team is awesome. Thank you guys so much!!!

I used First-Rate Construction for a basement renovation. Dylan and his crew did a fantastic job. There were a few hiccups along the way, as to be expected with any renovation project. However, what set First-Rate apart was that they made sure everything was 100% before the job was done. I would use them again in the future, and would recommend them.

Dylan and his team installed some recessed lighting, put in new drywall and baseboards, painted, and installed new floors in our kitchen. First Rate Construction worked super quickly on the project, were polite, and were trustworthy when I was not home. I would highly recommend it for someone that wants to add value to their home or simply change things around! I received other bids from contractors that were more expensive and that didn’t seem to personally care about the stresses that come up when living in the house while renovations are being done. Dylan was extremely personable, hard-working, and his final product certainly reflected that. Will be using First Rate Construction for future projects!
