Mr. Raymond and his crew exceeded my expectations once again. I began with 1st Priority last Spring and wanted to complete my project with their assistance this Spring . On both jobs, I enjoyed extraordinary workmanship, attention to detail, and a finished product that is perfection, and exactly what I had envisioned. Additionally, the plant material and substrate are of impeccable quality. This company provides profound knowledge and input to their clients’ visions and execute an exceptional final product. I look forward to utilizing them in my future landscaping projects.

These guys... Hire them and spread the word!! They do stellar work, know their profession well, and make your property dreams a reality! They originally came out to help with an issue after removing some large trees from my families yard. My health won't allow for me to fix anything these days, and after several challenges this past year, we needed help. They took a look around, asked some details on what we needed, and they made an offer only angels would. Next thing that happened (with in 6hrs of hard labor), we were gifted a transformed dream yard! Cleaned up, transformed the landscape, and even set up irrigation (we only need check to make sure plants are happy). Truly impressed and wholeheartedly thankful for Reymond and his group of heaven sent heroes. We haven't been dry eyed from the joy and relief just stepping outside and seeing how beautiful Reymond and his crew made our home. We will be hiring them for future projects and letting everyone know they are well worth entrusting their expertise for any exterior project.

We had flagstone laid by FP, Raymond and his crew not only did a great job, they were so professional, neat, and conscientious about caring for our property. We would absolutely have them come for other projects.

First priority Landscaping solutions exceeded my expectations in every way . When I first spoke with Raymond , I told him my yard was a disaster from having a pool installed . He immediately said we will turn that disaster into an oasis , and that’s exactly what he did for us . Raymond and everyone who works for him are amazing and worked diligently to finish my yard because we were having guests and using the pool for the first time. They arrived the day scheduled and finished up on the day they had promised due to time constraints on my part . First Priority Landscaping is a top quality company. Raymond and his team are very professional, knowledgeable and care about their client’s experience. We contracted Raymond to disconnect our sprinkler system before our pool was installed. Afterwards, his team reconnected the system as well as installed additional heads to eliminate hot spots in the yard. We then contracted them to install a dry river bed, a palm tree and stepping stones. As you can see in the photos, it is professionally done and looks great! Raymond and team also provided “free” advice on plants, fertilizer and how to eliminate grubs in the lawn. You can’t go wrong hiring these guys for any landscaping projects. I know I will be using First Priority for any future projects I have to complete.

First Priority did a wonderful job helping me to get my front garden under control. I knew I wanted knock out roses, which they installed for me. Then I asked them for help modifying our existing irrigation system to include drip irrigation for the roses. At the end of our consult, the simple question “Is there anything else you’d like done?” made me look around and realize there were other things I had been going to get to for years. With some discussion and ideas from Ezra, we ended up with a yard I can be proud of! I had high expectations and they were exceeded. Lenny and Javier worked hard during the very sunny and hot day. I am very pleased with the installation work and the end result. I recommend them highly.

From Curb Appalling to Curb Appealing! After living with the worst yard in the neighborhood for more than 30 years, my wife and I finally decided to call a professional. First Priority Landscaping was prompt, professional, courteous and the nicest guys we talked to. Raymond created a design we could maintain, removed all the old debris and installed a beautiful front yard. And he and his team were a joy to work with! Raymond is a man of his word. We had a very good experience with him and his team on replacing our concrete driveway with pavers. We would highly recommend him.

Raymond Kirkland, the owner, came out to my house and listened to my concerns. He offered several creative solutions and even gave me advice concerning other issues. He was knowledgeable and a gentleman. He sent a crew out to do the work on an agreed date. Mike and his crew were fast and efficient.
