Chris is a professional! He was able to come and assess my RV in a timely manner, helped me figure out the problem and provided solutions. The way in which the repair was handled was definitely First Class! 10/10 would recommend. Also I do have to say the price is fair, not overcharged whatsoever.

We had an outstanding experience with Chris @ First Class Mobile RV Repair. Our Class A Newmar automatic patio awning suddenly stopped working in the out position, and he came out quickly to help. He diagnosed the problem right away, explained everything clearly, and had it retracted in no time.
What really impressed us was his professionalism and genuine care. He treated our RV as if it were his own, double-checked everything to make sure it was properly secured, and we discussed next steps in replacing the motor.
