Good landscape company. They transformed my backyard from a quarry rock infested, construction debris filled patch of dirt into a lovely low-maintenance hardscape. We are very pleased with our new backyard.

First Class Landscape did a super job. Paul and his crew were most helpful and willing to do whatever extras came up. The job was completed within the time estimated. The same crew of workers were on site the entire job with no waiting around for subcontractors.

Keith and crew did a fantastic job on our new backyard. Everything from pavers to artificial turf and concrete, lava rock etc. Looks fantastic and he even did a difficult gas line for a grill.

We had a great experience working with Paul and his team. They were very responsive and were able to get our job done in no time. The quality of their work was first class.

Paul is absolutely one of the most professional people I have ever met in the business. Just on scheduling and circumstance we had to go with another contractor but that didn't deter Paul at all. He was in constant contact with me and even going in another direction he was extremely supportive and understanding. I will be using First Class Landscape exclusively in the future.

Worse Warranty Customer Service. During our first year, we encountered a couple of issues that are considered under warranty. After contacting them, it takes forever to get a response and when they do, they do not want to take responsibility for their work. Our neighbor had a water leak and suspected it was coming from our yard, so we asked that they come out to verify and Keith indicated that if it wasn't their work, that they would charge the neighbor for the service to come out. We also had a couple of boulders crumbling and after an infinite amount of calls, they finally came out to replace them. We recently called, so they could provide extra support on one of the (6) trees they planted that is bending due to the natural strong winds in Reno, but they refused to honor their warranty and stated they would only come out, if we were willing to pay $100 per stake. I questioned why they didn't add ANY stakes at the original time of planting our trees and their response was, 'that it is not needed due to how they plant them in the ground'. We purchased our rock fountain with 'Creative Gardens', who later needed to come out a couple of times with NO hesitation and have the most absolute wonderful staff and customer service.

Not a very professional company. Their drivers should have a driving test before becoming employed. Very dangerous and not courteous at all. Goes to show what kind of work they would do.

I got scammed by these guys last summer. Keith charged me $4K to do a yard cleanup and I'm only paying $300 to a different company to do a similar job this year, minus some sod (which didn’t take). I admit I was naive as a new home owner but this is not okay, totally without integrity, and I got taken advantage of. I cannot endorse this business. I'm also a military veteran. I updated my review to 2 stars because Keith reached out & they gave me $300 back for forgetting to do the irrigation system 🫤 It just wasn’t a $4K job.

Keith and his team were very kind and professional! I had zero vision for my backyard and Keith put together a wonderful plan with very little to go on. His team worked hard, were courteous, and did amazing work on my yard! I could not be happier and cant recommend First Class Landscaping enough!
