I would like to take a moment to thank the very kind owner of this business. I had a bit of an accident today and knocked my back windscreen out. On my way out of Letterkenny I saw a sign and pulled into his garage. I have never been there before, I interrupted his lunch break but he still took half an hour out to cover the windscreen up so I could get home safely. He cleared the remaining glass and I was able to drive home , warm and without worrying about glass falling out and charged me nothing for his time.. I have a feeling I will definitely be back there, Letterkenny is lucky to have a decent, honest garage man.

Hi there, I had an excellent experience with First Choice Tyres today in Letterkenny. I was driving to Dublin but had a slow puncture. Called Ray who was on call and he met me in Applegreen in Letterkenny where he proceeded to change my tyre and get me back on the road in the space of 30 minutes. Thoroughly recommend this company , excellent customer service and very prompt on a Sunday

My wife's experience. Terrible, terrible experience I called Raymond told him I had flat tyre this was around 5pm, told it might take a few hours which is fair enough, explained to him I had a daughter in the car, his reply was look Mrs we will get to you when we can, I was shocked, at 6pm I called again as I just wanted re-assurance and he said he will find out were the other fella John was as he was finished his daily shift, I said OK and waited and waited he never bothered to get in touch with me at all it's as if I didn't exist, I had to get a family member who lived 2 hrs away from us to pick us up and leave the car behind, a friend will now help us sort the car. Its now 11.50am on Sunday morning still no word from Raymond, you call yourself a businessman your a joke, your suppose to look after customers especially if they have children with them. If this ever happens to anyone else DO NOT hesitate to post. You should not be running that business your a disgrace.

The lads sorted me out today within the hour, was stranded in Glenveagh National park with no locking wheel nut or jack to get my flat tyre off and they sorted everything and got me and the 3 kiddies home to Belfast👍

Pretending to have bad coverage while “the lads” in the background saying “hang up”. Not a reliable service with that carry on, especially when someone needs help. Well earned 1 star. Cowboys.

Needed brake pads and discs changed to allow us to drive home. These guys had us sorted within an hour and back on the round. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend

Great service from Raymond and the team @ First Choice Needed a bulb replaced on my Vito Van before the doe test I was a walkin and treated like I was coming there for years Thanks Raymond

Tyre had a fence staple in side wall.Contacted First choice at 9am and by 11.30 , mobile unit had arrived and new tyre was fitted and all others checked. Holiday saved. First class service.

You need to update opening times. Or answer your phone if you say you have a 24hour service.
