Recognising professionalism, quality workmanship, and devotion to customer satisfaction, the Checkatrade Roofer of the Year award went to: William Whyte at First Choice Roofing Contractors Hailing from Newport in Shropshire, nominations for William called out his different approach to roofing work, showing videos to customers so that they could see progress, and carrying out extra tasks to restore faith and improve customer satisfaction.
