The buyers of these businesses are typically technologically inclined business-minded Entrepreneurs. As a former leader of IT organizations and a multiple-time business owner, it's exciting to learn about the journeys and visions of both the sellers and buyers. In addition, my experience allows me to facilitate the negotiation and transition process better.
