I highly recommend Best Chimney Solutions! I wanted to change my wood burning fireplace back to gas. Rodolfo was quick to respond and set up an appointment. He helped me decide the best option and I was able to have it installed the next day. I had a problem with some of the new equipment and they made sure to come back and take care of it quickly and promptly. William did my installation and he was very pleasant and professional. He did a great job, paying attention to detail and explained everything to me carefully. I am so pleased with my new gas logs! Highly recommend!

I'm just getting around to doing this review, for work done Feb. 2024. I need a new thermopile for a gas fireplace, looked him up, and realized I'd never reviewed. I'd had issues with leaking at a chimney, and had a "roofer" out several times to repair, unsuccessfully. Rodolpho came and gave me a price, and showed me the "work" the other company had done- it was an unbelievable hack job. Anyway, the house is 20 years old, and he recommended chimney cap replacement on 3 of our fireplaces, as well as replacement of some of the rotten siding, corner boards, and flashing. It was more than I wanted to spend, but probably competitive. And I hadn't realized what kind of shape things were in up there. Most importantly, I have faith that it was fixed correctly. They did a great job, and since homeowners aren't likely to climb 40' to inspect, he provided a lot of pics, before, during, and after. They did a great job, and I'm glad I got the work done.

Rodolfo provided a thorough diagnosis for removing a squirrel that had entered and later died in my chimney. The project included replacing all the piping, removing the stone façade from the fireplace, removing and installing a new fireplace, capping off the internal gas pipeline, and installing an entirely new fireplace face. Also, installing new chimney pan and cap. He and his colleague did a good job, and the price was very fair. I would definitely recommend his services to my friends and neighbors. My only critique is that he could improve his time management.

Very impressed with the communication and work done by Best Chimney Solutions. The previous homeowner obviously had several patch jobs done but the team came out and made it look better than new. Installing the proper cap with the proper overhang. As you can see in the b4 and after photos.

I had the best experience with Rodolfo. He cleaned my chimney, painted the inlay of my fireplace and installed a remote control gas log. He is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He also resealed and painted the vents on my roof. I highly recommend him.

Highly recommended. Rodolfo was honest on his inspection diagnostic and great on the repair provided. I had hired another chimney company recommended by our realtor to do an inspection and they were awful and expensive. They wanted to replace my entire fireplace even before starting their inspection.
