When a car stops to let a pedestrian cross in a marked crossing, it's not a good idea to immediately change lanes from behind me and pass on the right lane. That's how accidents happen and you still ended up in front of me. Maybe train you drivers on how to drive. I hope the extra 2 seconds was worth it. Happened January 28, 2026 at 9:27 am southbound on Arbutus and 15th. I wish you license plate was clearer so I could call out your dangerous driver for that too.

I would like to express my appreciation to the onsite team members, Mark Polley and Abhay Partap, for successfully completing the annual inspection with us this year. Under Mark Polley's leadership, residents were pleased to have their issues addressed promptly. In one particular unit, the onsite team discovered that the smoke detector continued to beep even after a new device had been installed. Mark quickly contacted the support team and conducted some initial testing. He ultimately identified that the issue was related to low A/C voltage, and an electrician will be required for further investigation. This proactive approach helped the resident better understand the situation. Thank you, team. Thank you, Mark.

Fire-Pro just finished replacing all my sprinkler heads in my townhome unit and the 2 technicians, Kyle and Howard were awesome. They were on time, very friendly, funny and professional. They didn't have to cut any drywall or ceiling so no mess. They left my place the same as when they first came (clean). They were quick and finished in less the allotted time I was told it would take. Bonus: my dog made 2 new friends as they are both dog lovers too!! Chris the Service Manager was also great in replying and answering all my questions that I had. Much appreciated! Excellent customer service! Thanks again from one satisfied customer :)

My building had fire testing today, and they sent a very polite and professional technician named Jordan. He even helped fix my neighbour’s dryer vent when I asked him to! Highly recommend him and would prefer if he visits our building in the future!
