I would like to express my appreciation to the onsite team members, Mark Polley and Abhay Partap, for successfully completing the annual inspection with us this year. Under Mark Polley's leadership, residents were pleased to have their issues addressed promptly. In one particular unit, the onsite team discovered that the smoke detector continued to beep even after a new device had been installed. Mark quickly contacted the support team and conducted some initial testing. He ultimately identified that the issue was related to low A/C voltage, and an electrician will be required for further investigation. This proactive approach helped the resident better understand the situation. Thank you, team. Thank you, Mark.

Fire-Pro just finished replacing all my sprinkler heads in my townhome unit and the 2 technicians, Kyle and Howard were awesome. They were on time, very friendly, funny and professional. They didn't have to cut any drywall or ceiling so no mess. They left my place the same as when they first came (clean). They were quick and finished in less the allotted time I was told it would take. Bonus: my dog made 2 new friends as they are both dog lovers too!! I work at a high end building, which had a bad accident at a main sprinklers pipe, caused by a high van vehicle. I should sincerely thank Jackie Tang who arrived in a timeless short time, fixed the damaged pipe perfectly neat and permanent. Jackie Tang is highly professional. He did not leave the place until he checked all other buildings connected to our fire alarm system. Jackie Tang restarted all the elevators in all buildings, and all fire alarm panels connected to our fire alarm panel system, he also restarted the parking fire gates, which many of them were corrupted and needed to be rest. Thank you Jackie, you are one of the best committed professionals.

Fire Pro is a very professional company with knowledgeable staff that works very hard to get the job done. When they were on site winterizing my buildings, Carl W stayed longer than scheduled to complete the job. I appreciated his work ethic and solving the building issues in a timely manner.
