The driver of your box truck was pulling out of harbor freight parking lot and wasn’t paying attention, the road wasn’t clear and they had to reverse fast and almost hit me while I was behind them waiting my turn to pull out. I had to throw my car in reverse and back up to avoid getting hit. Enjoy a one star as a treat, pay better attention.

Great service and fair pricing! Our fire extinguishers were overdue for servicing. The company was very responsive and had a rep out to us quickly, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and informative. The inspection process was efficient and our old, outdated equipment was replaced at very reasonable cost. We highly recommend this company and we will definitely use them again.

Unfortunately this review is not about the service the company provides but rather the quality and character of one of its employees. I found myself with a flat tire on my trailer at the gas station the other day. I was parked next to a Fire Extinguisher Co trucks and struggling to break the lugs on my trailer tire due to them being extremely rusted. Many people saw me struggling and no one offered aid despite it being obvious I needed it. Then the gentleman from Fire Extinguisher Co came out to his truck and saw me struggling...I asked him if he had a tire iron I could borrow since mine wasn't working so well. He said that he didn't but assured me he probably had something in his truck that could work. This gentleman...Unfortunately I don't recall getting his name, dug through his truck looking for tools and then proceeded to help me change the tire. He didn't have to help, I'm sure he was on a schedule but he saw the task through with me laughing and joking the whole time. This employee's kind and positive attitude turned a frustrating situation for me into a comical little hiccup in the day. Although I haven't used your services you will be my first call if the need arises. I feel the quality and character your employee displayed is a direct reflection of the integrity and services your company would provide its customers.
