I cannot express how awesome the experience was and purchasing my first Sauna. The thermory 54 was easy to assemble looks great, and my wife and I just absolutely love it. I had a lot of questions regarding the process and comparing models and other providers and Tim and the team were very communicative and collaborative during this process. It’s a sizable purchase and wanted to make sure I went with our quality product. Love the rear window!I will recommend any of my friends to this company for a Sauna purchase.

We bought a sauna kit from Finnish Sauna Builders for our small gym in Ada, OK, and it has been a wonderful feature and exceptional value for our clients. We have also had a couple situations with needing a part replaced, and they work wonderfully along with HUUM to get our replacement piece sent out almost immediately.! We had our sauna back up in working order in less than a week, including delivery time and install. I’ve also had to personally leave town due to health issues, and they continue to work wonderfully with my family, even without me being onsite these days.. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a sauna to use personally or in their facility..!

After much research and a very helpful conversation with Tim, I purchased my sauna through Finnish Sauna Builders, and would highly recommend their product and team. From my first inquiry with Alex, to my longer conversation with Tim, I found such reassurance in their knowledge, commitment to quality, and concern for my needs. The shipment arrived in great condition, and installation/assembly was mostly very clear. When I did have a question about my specific install, Corina and Tim were quick to reply and help clarify the instructions. The sauna is strong, beautiful, and oh so healing. We've been using it for about 3 months now, and finally got our roof on it. I cannot be more grateful for this team, and the awesome product they provided. It may be a bit more cost than what you can find online, but the customer service and product quality makes it worth it-without a doubt! And if you've been considering a sauna for your health and enjoyment...do it-it's quite the experience and what a gift to have it in your backyard. Just finished installing my Pre-cut sauna. Turn out amazing! Tim and his team were helpful from design to install. Always answering any question i had. The install wasn't too hard if you have some carpentry skills. The quality of the cedar (and smell!) are outstanding. I think the pictures speak for themselves. I would 100% recommend them! Few suggestion: 1)Wire the entire heater with control before starting wood. 2) If framing the room, make it slightly bigger the the ordered size. Framers do not make things square, so this will avoid having to cut any pieces. 3) Me and my electrician ended up wiring with a water proof junctions box away from the heater and ran liquidtight metal conduit. Not quite as aesthetically pleasing but err on the safe side.

We have been looking for new saunas for our condo complex clubhouse for over 4 months and if we had found Finnish Sauna Builder's first, we would have found our solution in one week. We made one phone call and spoke with Karen who was able to verify that they had the exact models and accessories we wanted in stock. She was knowledgeable, made good suggestions about our desired models and what we would need to best support an installation. At no point was she trying to "sell" us, she was instead positioning herself as a helpful consultant. We placed our order less than 24 hours after speaking with her. THEN we received daily updates on the status of our order and when it was ready to ship we received daily tracking updates from the carrier but through Finnish Sauna Builders. Finally- after the order arrived- (within 8 business days across the country) we were able to review the order with Karen to make sure we received everything in good condition. From start to finish this has been a great experience and we would highly recommend Finnish Sauna Builders to anyone for their sauna needs. We were/are impressed! Love my sauna! I got the Dundalk Luna Outdoor Sauna 7' x 7' with the bluetooth set up and its awesome. Customer service is so fast, any time I had a question about the specs, Tim was on it. The whole experience was very good. Highly recommend!

Finnish builders...Tim my agent was GREAT! WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH OUR "Almost Heaven" unit. Fits 3 adults nicely, water on rocks makes it nice and steamy. Gets a great sweat, relaxing. The light fixture offers great mood. I'm 225lbs and the deck benches are VERY sturdy. HIGHLY recommend the shopping experience Tim provided. SUPER responsive too.
