Friendly..helpful…It was difficult scanning my fingerprints but Tony patiently persevered until it was done. I thought the fee was $35.00 but I was charged a $32.00 service fee so the total amount I paid was $67.00 which I thought was too high. Next time, I’ll do better research and go where the charge is cheaper.
