FINEST USED TIRES & EXOTIC RIMS

Very unprofessional establishment. My son had his front tires changed on Monday. A few days later on Thursday, while driving to work his car starts shaking and his tire completely flew off narrowly missing passing by cars. He was stranded in the middle of the parking lot entrance unable to move his car because it fell to the ground and was not driveable. His car was towed back to the tire spot and they continued to be unprofessional stating that they wouldn't fix any damage done to the car and that it wasn't there fault. While they fixed the tire, they continued to speak loud and arrogantly to my son, in an act of intimidation. It is absolutely their fault, they did not properly secure his tire. My son observed the tire technician working on several cars at the same time that day. It appears that this repair technician unfortunately was unable to safely replace his tire due to excessive workload. There needs to be more safety oversight to ensure customers cars are safe once they leave. We will not be returning to this place and will be sure to tell all our friends and families to stay clear. We will also be making a claim with the BBB.

I stopped at Finest New & Used Tires today after driving from North Carolina to New York with my two kids. My tires were completely worn down and unsafe for the drive back, and I was honestly worried. Willy took care of us like family. He explained everything clearly, showed me exactly what was wrong, and never once made me feel pressured or overwhelmed. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely concerned about our safety — something I can’t say for many places these days. He made sure our car was safe for the long trip home and went above and beyond to help us. As a mom traveling alone with two kids, that kind of honesty and kindness means the world. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants quality service with real integrity.

Went today for a front tire after a friend recommended to go here before anyplace else I have difficult tire sizes most places dont carry but upon my arrival I was greeted by the owner who had complete knowledge of his inventory told me he had my size in stock had a employee getting the old tire off within seconds got my new tire that was great gave me the price I paid the employees and owner were helpful friendly and genuinely cared about giving me the best service and experience possible the whole ordeal took less than 15 minutes I will be a customer for life

I Went to two tire shops on middle country rd in selden which didn’t have my tires, I was ready to give up and decided to stop here to check before I head back home, and to my surprise they had my tires! The people working at the shop were amazing and very helpful, they got the done very fast and wasn’t expensive for two used tires..I will be coming back to this place anytime I need tires ! I do not recommend him; he is a scammer. He lifted the car, and after that, he wanted to take more money than what we agreed on. He also insisted on getting paid before finishing the job and before installing the wheels. When I refused to pay before the work was done and told him he would get his money after completing the job, he insulted me and broke my phone. When I called the police, he acted as if he was above the law. Unfortunately, he’s a scammer. I did not let it go.

My tire blew out, called this shop as they were ONLY shop open at 7pm. I got my car towed to them, got here at 8:25p and I’m now I’m my car at 8:35p driving out the lot. Less than 10 minutes and I’m back on the road! Customer service is top notch, and a great deal on my tire. Thank you!!!

Went there today to get my tires fixed OMG they treated me like family Kyle offered me a drink water or soda I took water then I stated I was cold and he put a space heater on and told me to take a seat I warm up right away. Daniel fixed my tires in no time plus the price was right I will go back again and also tell my friends

Im not one to give reviews specially if they are bad but im mind blown. I go to get tired and have rims put on friday night. Im stuck there for 3 hours so i go ill leave the rims and be back tomorrow. Half way through the next day i dont hear from them so i call and get told ya come in an hour i go the whole next day and sit there for 3 more hours as when i walked in there was bubbles in the tire and one tire wasnt even touching the rim. They start looking for tires for me one guy dont want to do anything actaully went to sleep on the couch while the other guy looked for a tire but was all over the place i personally had to go through and find my tires. Guy finds one then says its bad while all along thete was nothing wrong with it. Another hour goes by and still dont have the tire on my tim cause the worker would rather tells jokes and try to be funny all while still being all over the place. Finally they go to put my rims on but they broke the lock nut so back to sqaure one of one guy not truing to do anything and another one bekng all over the place. Only time they worked was when the owner walked in. I paid in full and left a nice tip. Needless to say i left with my rims not on my car. I get two seconds down the road and i hear air leaking out of the tire they just put on. Keep your money. Go two doors down to j&b or anywhere else.

Honest spot to come to. The owner is straight up and no BS. Got a great set of used tires a lot of tread on them like new. Good price also $. Definitely recommend this spot.
