Dr. Machado and his team run an first rate operation and provide exceptional customer service from start to finish. Dr. Machado performs a wide range of dental services, from basic cleaning to complex treatments and implants. The exam and periodontal cleaning he did were thorough and pain-free, and he patiently explained the condition of my teeth/gums and treatment plan. The office space is beautiful and immaculately clean, and their equipment is state of the art. They accept insurance, honor the in-network rates, process insurance coverage and collect directly from insurance, as opposed to many dentists who require the patient to pay 100% up front and be reimbursed by insurance. Communication was outstanding from all staff. Finest Dental far exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them.

1st time to Finest Dental w/Dr. Machado thru a November mailing coupon. Juliet, his wife handles Reception, Billing & Ck Out & Payment Plans choices and goes over Treatment Plans/Options that Dr. Machado has recommended. She went above and beyond to help me with the payment plan option and is very patient. Dr. Machado thoroughly explained all the dental work I needed and went over the options I have for treatment. Linda does all the x-rays and assists Dr. Machado. All 3 are very nice, professional, as well as kind, courteous and respectful. They are all very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. I had a cleaning for the 1st time with an ultrasonic scaler. He also does deep cleaning with an instrument which I will have done at another time. I felt genuinely cared about in regards to all my dental issues as I was unable to get to a dentist in the last 2 years due to moving alot. They know the meaning of making their patients feel valued in a very respectful way. They are a full service non-corporate dentist as you can see on their very thorough and informative website. Their motto is "You Matter To Us" and that's how I was made to feel. The office is bright and nicely decorated and very clean and in a convenient location off of 41. I'm almost 70 and been to alot of dentists as I moved alot and this is the best dental experience I have ever had. Thank you Finest Dental Team!!!

I am very impressed with Finest Dental and by Dr. Machado- Cespedes and the staff. He recently opened his practice here in Naples in a very nice facility and location off Tamiami Trail and Pine Ridge. The office is super clean, modern and fully equipped with state of the art equipment and technology. I was looking for a dentist in Naples when I received an offer in the mail for new patients. My first visit consisted of a panoramic x-ray and a full mouth set of x-rays and photos. Dr. Machado- Cespedes then prepared a detailed treatment plan and thoroughly explained in detail what each step would consist of. An appointment was scheduled for the following week. He, and his assistant, performed a complex root canal and a new crown on one tooth. The process involved many distinct operations and was performed very well and was pain free both during and after the visit. If you are looking for a new dentist who uses the latest technologies and is patient and kind and extremely proficient and is centrally located in Naples, do not hesitate to contact Finest Dental.
