We hired Fiesta Solutions to provide chairs, uplighting and draping for our daughter’s wedding. From the original phone call to completion of our event Estefania was wonderful! Her guidance, professionalism and kindness gave us insight to what we needed. She assured me the draping would be perfect, and it was! My daughter used Fiesta Solutions for her wedding at The Davis Island Garden Club. They were amazing bringing everything in that was needed, setting it up and taking everything down. Ed was the absolute best to work with. He handled all the details and the coordination with garden club and the caterer. We 100 percent recommend them.

Vincent and Jerome, who handled delivery, were outstanding—checking in throughout the setup to make sure everything was placed perfectly. When we ran into an unexpected issue with pipe and drape height, they didn’t just leave us stuck—they quickly partnered with Ed to find a solution and even secured replacement equipment in time before our event began. There are plenty of rental companies out there, but it’s the people who make the difference. Vincent and Jerome, along with the whole Fiesta team, truly stand out. We’d happily work with them again.

Fiesta Solutions did an amazing job with the drapery for my work's 30 Year Anniversary! Estefania, who helped organize the set up, as well as Vincent and Jerome, who executed my vision beautifully, all made the whole process completely seamless! The drapery ended up being one of the most talked-about parts of the night! Vincent and Jerome were also total professionals and genuinely kind—when one of our flower vases tipped over, they both jumped in to help clean it up. That kindness really stood out, and I can't thank them enough!!! That, on top of the beautiful work they did putting the drapery together, made the whole experience with Fiesta Solutions top tier! Fiesta Solutions is the absolute best event rental company in Tampa Bay. I rented a dance floor from another local company and they canceled on me less than a week before the wedding. I called Fiesta and they were able to rent a dance floor to me on short notice. They really saved the day and all of their employees were nice and professional, from the sales team to the delivery drivers and installers. I definitely will be calling them again for all my event rental needs.
