Fidelity Farm HIFI

I had an excellent experience with Tom at Fidelity Farm HiFi. Even though his main business is high end components and installations, he took on my quest for some new headphones. He spent a lot of time with me, talking through options, letting me try out amp and headphone combos, and let me bring my own vinyl so that I was listening to stuff that would normally be on my turntable. I appreciate his time, professionalism, and probably mostly his patience. As I mentioned, he sells upper echelon equipment, and to carve out hours of time for what amounts to a drop-in-the-bucket sale speaks volumes to his passion for audio and getting customers the right gear. I live out of the New Jersey area. Fidelity Farm posted an ad on USAudiomart for an Audia Flight FLS9 integrated that they had taken in on trade. Item was listed as essentially new and I was looking for one. Tom at Fidelity Farm was most cordial, accommodating, and knowledgeable. We worked out a deal and the unit was shipped and packed correctly and promptly. The amplifier was everything and more in condition, sound quality, and Tom's reading of my systems synergy with this unit. The Audia Flight, I believe, is essentially the perfect match up in my system for the sound I was looking for. For him to have done this remotely was amazing.
