Do not hire!!! We hired Fidele Solutions to re-glaze, clean, and restore our windows. The team did remove some of the old storm windows; however, in doing so, they caused thousands of dollars in damage to the windows, frames, shutters, and glaze. We chased Ari, the Fidele Solutions owner, for weeks to come back and finish the job. Eventually, he said, “They just can't do it.” He also hasn’t refunded us for the damages.

Ari gave me a very reasonable project price on the spot for the painting of my downstairs and was at my home the very next morning with a painting crew and in two and 1/2 days they managed to complete the project. The painters were true craftsmen and were very professional. Ari came twice/day to make sure everything was on track. He even stepped in and fixed a somewhat complicated issue with my shower thermostatic valve and trim kit that even a plumber was reluctant to take on.
