Recently purchased an 18mx10m Greenhouse off the team and cannot recommend them enough. From their design, to the very detailed but easy to read plans provided, our build couldn't have gone any smoother. The kit arrived in a timely manner, well organised with all parts itemised as per plans, we couldn't go wrong. Very efficient, professional and friendly service from start to finish 10/10.

I heard of Fernland today from another shop to go buy my weed sprayer. I had called before coming to verify if they had my item in stock and was politely served by Helen. I arrived late at the shop and they reopened their shop just to serve me. I was amazed at all the great stock of items they had and how wonderful their customer service is. I would highly recommend Fernland for all your landscape and gardening needs.

Had a great experience with Fernland using their online Garden Superstore on the Monday. I always pass the Yandina turnoff the motorway on Wednesdays, and my order was ready for pickup. I call that a good turnaround and very handy for me. I got great service from Anthony who helped me check and load the order. I'll be back.

Placed an order on Sunday for an item that was priced at $30 less than other stores. I got a call from them on Monday where they apologised and said that they had some stock issues, but that they had a delivery coming on Wednesday and would send the item asap. That was perfectly fine with me, and the item arrived in Brisbane earlier than I was expecting, on Wednesday morning. Excellent service!

I've bought from Fernland a few times, and always been happy (quality products at an affordable price). The one time there was an issue with my order, the customer support was very helpful and sorted it out for me immediately. Would buy again!

When we placed our order and organised the delivery, we were initially very disappointed with how things went... ...but Fernland were serious when they said they prided themselves on customer service, making a real effort to contact us, clarify the issues, and then make it right. Thank you Dale. I must admit, I didn't expect this at all, and I am very happy to change my previous review - give them a go, because they're committed to customer satisfaction, and they'll go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied.

Popped in to pick up a chemical to kill some weeds. I think it was Michael that I spoke to, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Because of this, I kept asking about other products I was interested in. Nothing was too much trouble for him and as such, I ended up spending over $200. Good customer service goes a long way!

Placed a trade order 8:30am and was ready for pick up at 10:30. When i went up there Anthony was very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed the goods that day but i usually get orders delivered the postage prices are well priced.

Ordered pesticide on 28th February, tracked my order, still not delivered, even though the tracking says it has been deli on 4th March, what a scam

Sometimes not reliable. Out of stock was not updated quickly with me, and they sent part of pots and forgot the rest until I gave them a notice, yet, they still owed me two plastic pots. However, they are good at sending bills (of course I paid when I placed the order). Some pots were damaged by the delivery company (I guess), and Q Pot black 200mm are easy to crack at the rim, K pots are worse.
