Austin and his crew at FenceTex did an outstanding job at our home. Austin carefully listened to my ideas/plans and executed an amazing plan for our fence, walkway, gate and pool equipment cover. They were on time everyday and stayed till the job was 100% complete. Austin was cognizant of our budget and stayed within that scope. He and his crew were professional, friendly and showed expertise in all areas. We will definitely use FenceTex again for all future fencing needs.

If you’re reading this, then you’re probably a cautious person like myself and thinking how you don’t want to pay too much, but you want great quality (yes they can go together). And let’s be real, nowadays finding professional and reliable companies with exceptional customer service have become a rarity. To just say that this company did a great job and built a great fence at a fair price, would be an understatement and an insult. I’m one that likes to build things with my own two hands, especially if it’s going to save us some money, but these guys constructed a piece of art. Not only will it last longer than our house, it makes the place look really great and should add a good amount of property value when we sell. COMMUNICATION: Austin (and Jess) are excellent at communicating start dates, updates, and walk throughs. I hope for high quality in the work I am paying for. Austin provided quality that exceeded my expectation. CREATIVITY: we were not sure what we wanted in our gate design, so I asked Austin to be creative. Absolutely love the simple and functional design he created and installed! CLOSING: Austin’s final walk through ensures he has delivered what he promises and what the customer wanted. We recently worked with Austin at FenceTex to coordinate fence work with our pool installers while installing our pool, and they were fantastic from start to finish! Their team was professional, responsive, and made the whole process smooth — even with the extra coordination needed around the pool installation. Fence Tex staff were GREAT! Austin, the general manager, came out to the job site to speak with us regarding the fencing job. Austin was extremely knowledgeable about how to handle the project, what the plan was to fix the fence issue, and had the utmost faith in his crew to complete the job correctly.
