Ordered materials and paid for delivery to arrive on Friday. Nothing by 4:45! Phoned office to query when it was coming they phoned back 4:55 saying driver onroute. Sat outside waiting till 7:45!! Nothing, no delivery, no call and nothing now until MONDAY! Weekend wasted! Contractor canceled. No good at all.

Now more than ever I am trying to "shop local" and it's great when that ethos is rewarded by dealing with companies that are super helpful, friendly and efficient. A national company quoted my 40% more for the materials I was after and couldn't give me any real idea of when they could deliver. Fence 'n' Deck took my order and payment over the phone, then had everything delivered within a few hours. Will use again and recommend to others. Thank You.

Great service from a small local company. Competitively priced, quaility panels and posts. Huge variety! Delivered in 2 days and additional panels that we required were delivered 3 hours later. Also any items we didn't use, we could take back for a refund. Brilliant place, will be back. Open weekdays and until 1pm on Saturdays.

Good service and fair prices

Our fencer ordered wood and cement to be delivered to our house. They wouldn't give him a delivery date and said they wouldn't phone to advise of delivery. When they did deliver, dumped everything in very open front garden. Took us 2 hrs to take it all round back (where we have a back gate). Not impressed Received our second delivery from Fence 'n' Deck today and a very different experience. Very nice driver unloaded all wood and took it round back. Great service

Great service and advice .the panels were of a better quality than the larger stockists too i felt .and the prices were very competative as well .local free delivery too. .First place for me to go for anything in the future.

Went into the yard to make an order for wood for my pergola to be delivered. The guy was very helpful. He said it would be delivered next week as they were very busy. The time I left his yard went to Homebase for paint then drove home the wood was already on my drive. Delivered in under an hour. Absolute 1st class. 👍

Have been gardening in Fife since 1984, always buy my garden timbers from here. Good service always well stocked. Bit muddy underfoot at times. would not go anywhere else. Prices always competitive. Building a new shed. Materials have been available. Stock in yard running down due to supply problems. Very busy. Glad they are open.
