I can’t say enough good things about my experience with FemGevity. From the first phone call, their personalized approach made all the difference. Then the at-home testing gave me information about my body I never had before from any other doctor. I couldn’t believe the one-on-one conversations with their professionals and the practical advice which was incredibly empowering. Changed my address with them 3x and they still sent my prescription to my old address that I don’t have access to and the new owner only lives at in the winter and is not in town to give access to the mail. Femgevity offered to REBILL ME FOR IT even though it was THEIR MISTAKE and will not resend or refund a mere $65 dollar prescription. When I called them out on it, I got a response back from the owner saying that “we are not a good fit” and I was dropped after 1 year of paying for this service while I’m awaiting bloodwork and mri results with them. They don’t care about you. They just want your money. Their team is lazy and will send you into a panic attack about the possibility of a tumor on your brain and then not respond to you for days. Don’t waste your time, money or mental health here.
