I had a wreck near the area, being from out of town I wasnt sure which shop was best. I gotta tell ya if you have a wreck near the area and are looking for repair these r the guys you're looking for. My truck looks better than it did before the wreck and it drives great. It was doing some strange things for a dayr so when id start the truck it wld b in haul mode or show my gas was empty, but once the battery was charged back up it seems to be acting normal now. They did tell me i may need a new battery. Im pretty ocd about things and for price id say it was fair for the quality repair and customer service.

We absolutely do not recommend this place. Had our truck for 2 weeks My husband's seat broke They said for x amount of money they could get us a used seat We said that would be great. A week goes by we call they were waiting for the seat to come in Then the seat comes in and it's the wrong seat so they have to send it back So the lady we talked to I think her name is Amanda was about the rudest person I've ever met in my life. She sounded so disgusted that we ordered a used seat when in fact it was their idea to order the used seat. Another week goes by and guess what The other seat came in and it's the wrong color. This is a collision shop do they not know how to order parts? Then they want to lie and say that she told him this happens with used seats. No she did not. She told me those words after the first seat was sent wrong, So you're going to tell me when you order a seat it doesn't tell you what color it is? And to be honest our biggest issue with this place is that lady's attitude. That day I called to see if the seat came in for my husband's truck She was so rude and hateful to me on the phone I refuse to call her back to follow up on the truck.

UPDATE!! Once I received my vehicle back after 7 weeks of them having it it came back with a jacked up hood, the Jeep emblem a fixed in the wrong position. They left all the damaged parts inside my car & on the backseat. This was after my previous visit getting my brakes changed. I brought my own brakes bc I was going to get them done instead I asked if they could do it. A professional job, right. WRONG!! They didn't even drive my car once they were replaced. There wasn't a single mile added to my car & they didn't even advise me to me needing new rotars. Also ever since that my ABS & traction light stay on & my car vibrates horrible & it no longer drives properly. Do not waste time going here. There's not a single certified mechanic there, they're all wet behind the ears. The staff was extremely thorough & knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable sitting in the office as I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. Talk about hospitable. Definitely recommend Feliciana Auto Care. The offer a wide variety of services on top of that!!

Best car care service I’ve ever been to! Fixed my truck super quick and for a GREAT price. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful!!

My wife locked her keys in her car. I called Feliciana car care and he was there in under 10 minutes and had her keys out in under 5 minutes . Will definitely use them again
