Having visited other well known tile stores and being less than overwhelmed with the choice available, Fayrouz was a breath of fresh air. Fantastic choice on offer and knowledgeable staff. Forgot the others, Fayrouz should be your first stop!

Came in to pick-up an online order today from Artisan Tile Company. The gentleman who served us was wonderful and took the time to help us with installation queries and product selection. We were impressed by the variety of tiles on display - not your usual styles that you see on repeat in most shops (read: boring). Were we to tile again in future, we would happily drive the hour and a bit to drop in and shop in person. Great shop!

Telephoned at 4.30pm on this Wedneday to get a quote for 44 sq m of tiles.They close at 5.00pm but nobody responded after 30 minutes and I was cut off because it was 5pm. Is this good customer service or what? The company seems not to want to sell tiles.
