We visited the showroom as we needed to refurbish our bathroom, Karmen was very helpful in showing us all the options and giving creative input. Very happy with the final result, the bathroom looks amazing and all done at great value! Thanks again Fayrouz team!

Visited the showroom recently when I was in London. Such a huge selection of tiles! The staff were super helpful and spent ages going through all the different options and layouts. Placed the order with them for delivery and I can’t wait for them to arrive!

The staff were incredibly helpful when I visited last week! Helped me narrow down my tile selection which I've since ordered online! The man in the showroom is very knowledgable, would aboslutely come back if I have any further tiling projects!

We visited the shop in London yesterday and were blown away with the fantastic choice tiles. After searching for months it was a delight to find such an amazing range of stunning tiles . The staff were really friendly and helpful. Absolutely worth a visit .

Thank you for your response, however it does not address the core issue. You were FULLY AWARE that the property is unoccupied and that NO ONE would be there to accept the delivery unless I was contacted in advance. I clearly communicated this and even attached a note requesting a one-hour prior call, which you acknowledged but failed to follow. If making a call at 5:30–5:45am was “unsociable,” then the PROFESSIONAL and RESPONSIBLE action would have been to RESCHEDULE the delivery or provide a time slot — not to proceed with leaving nearly £500 worth of tiles UNATTENDED outside a property. I understand what a kerbside delivery is. However, kerbside delivery does not mean abandoning goods outside with NO ONE present to accept them. A delivery cannot be considered successful or professional when items are left in the open, on a main road, at risk of theft — especially given the value of the order. If this had happened to you — a high-value order left outside for hours at an empty property — you would not consider that acceptable. Additionally, I did NOT receive any “order delivered” confirmation email. Had I received this, I would have gone to the property immediately. Instead, the tiles were left exposed for approximately 6 hours, which is EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE. When a customer pays for a delivery service, they expect their items to be handled with care and delivered SAFELY and SECURELY. This was clearly not the case. This situation was entirely avoidable and reflects a serious lack of accountability and professionalism.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY AND DELIVERY SERVICE. I am currently renovating a property that I have not yet moved into, and I made this VERY CLEAR before placing my order. I spent CLOSE TO £500 on tiles and contacted the company the day after placing the order to ensure my delivery instructions were noted. I explicitly requested a ONE-HOUR PRIOR CALL or a TIME SLOT so I could be present to accept the delivery. I even ATTACHED A NOTE to my order clearly stating this — which they acknowledged, but then COMPLETELY FAILED TO FOLLOW. Instead, my order was delivered at 7AM and LEFT UNATTENDED OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY, on a main road, with NO ONE THERE to receive it and NO SAFE PLACE to leave it. I received NO PHONE CALL, NO DELIVERY EMAIL, NOTHING. When I raised this, I was told the courier chose not to call because 6AM was “NOT A REASONABLE TIME” — yet somehow it WAS considered reasonable to leave nearly £500 worth of tiles UNATTENDED, NOT SIGNED FOR, and COMPLETELY EXPOSED outside my home. As you can see in the photo, multiple boxes were simply stacked outside by the front window. Anyone walking past could have taken them. I STILL DO NOT EVEN KNOW IF ALL THE BOXES ARE ACCOUNTED FOR, as they were left there for hours without supervision. When I contacted customer service, I spoke to Stacey, who showed ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. She repeatedly stated that “YOU PAID FOR DELIVERY AND IT WAS DELIVERED” and insisted it was “DELIVERED WITH CARE,” while actively DEFENDING THE COURIER rather than addressing the real issue — that my CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS were ignored and my order was put at risk. No apology, no resolution, no compensation — not even a refund of the £40 delivery fee. The only suggestion was for me to go and collect it myself, as if that resolves anything. Because of this, I had to make multiple unnecessary trips, coordinate with my husband, transport the tiles myself, and check everything after it had been sitting outside for hours. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for a delivery service. THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Very poor customer service, no responsibility taken, and a complete lack of care for customer property. I will NEVER use this company again and would STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone. NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE STRESS.

It was a pleasure buying from this shop, such a great selection of tiles. Both assistants were super helpful especially Karmen with her joyful energy it was a lovely experience to be guided by them especially compared to other shops in the area which were rather unfriendly. Definitely recommend this place! Francesca
