Dr. G and his staff are truly the best. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with outstanding customer service. Heather was incredibly friendly! She already had my forms prepared and my insurance portion taken care of before I even arrived.
Lisa brought me back from the waiting room within minutes. I explained my fears and anxieties from past dental experiences, and she listened with such compassion. She took her time to explain every step of the procedure, made sure I felt comfortable, and genuinely helped calm my nerves. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly and offered helpful dental feedback. I also enjoyed our side conversations and she made the entire visit so pleasant.
And then there’s Dr. G, who is absolutely exceptional. He’s honest, friendly, and extremely skilled at what he does. I used to see him at a previous office, and I was so relieved to find him again. He treats his patients with kindness, and I also witnessed how respectfully he interacts with his staff. That is something that truly speaks volumes. One thing I’ve always appreciated about Dr. G is that he never tries to upsell services you don’t need. He’s straightforward, trustworthy, and genuinely has his patients’ best interests at heart.
When I left, the entire team made sure I was satisfied and each took a moment to personally say goodbye.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mauer and Dr. Gurung for my routine dental cleaning. They were incredibly precise, gentle, and thorough throughout the entire process.
The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the office had a very calm, professional atmosphere.
Dr. Mauer took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable at every step. You can really tell they care about their patients and take pride in their work.
I highly recommend their practice for anyone looking for quality, friendly dental care.
