These people are very honest and fair. We were traveling from out of state and picked up a bolt in our tire. Had to put the donut spare on the car and limp to the nearest tire shop. The owner at Fausett’s offered to sell us a tire at a very fair discounted rate, but his associate did his due diligence and checked our compromised tire to find that it was not leaking after removing the bolt. They went the extra mile for us, removed the spare and put our uncompomised tire back on,,,,,no charge! I would highly recommend this shop. If we lived closer they would have our business!

Had a broken mower in Lakeland georgia. I would not take it to the Knuckleheads down in Valdosta if you broke my leg and made me (not naming names). Luckily I found Fausetts Automotive, and they were able to come pick it up, fix it, and bring it back to me for probably the least amount of money I would have ever imagined. These guys are excellent, professional, and they will definitely be in my Rolodex should I need their services again. Thanks very much!

These guys really came through in a pinch. We blew a tire Saturday night in Montgomery AL, threw the spare on and started calling tire shops as the other 3 looked like they were ready to blow at any point. Fausetts called me back, had G rated tires in stock, and sent someone out on a Sunday to replace all 4. Their pricing was extremely reasonable as well. Super thrilled with the service.

We cannot say enough! Our family got a flat tire and were lucky to make it to an exit. A local sheriff stopped and referred us to Fausett’s. He even called asking them to stay open for us as it was closing time. Fausett’s plugged our tire and what could of taken hours was finished in a matter of minutes. They were professional, caring and provided excellent service!! Thank you Faussett's!!

Best place ever ,friendly, helpful, I had a low tire pressure, they checked all the tires ,1 was 5 pds low on nitrogen, they fixed it made sure I had no leaks on it and didn't charge me anything. Unreal in this day and age .I gave a tip ,called my family in the area ,strongly recommended that they all start using falsetto services ,vehickes,mowers all small engines. You will not be sorry you went to them.

Great service. Excellent!! Friendly! Treated like family. Top notch service. I want to thank FAUSETT'S for the wonderful service and compassion shown to me. I was having a rough morning ( mother-in-law passed away before daylight). Went to run errands and my tire light came on, pulled into the nearest tire service center and after waiting for over an hour was told it would be at least another hour or longer before they could even look at my tire. I leave and go to the dealership I purchased my truck from 2 years back, I am still making payments on this vehicle. The service manager tells me that they cannot help me, said we really don't work on tires, but yet sells tires, mounts tires,rotates and aligns tires? I explain to him that I purchased this truck from them, have had a death in the immediate family and need the tire fixed, this man tells me its Friday, I know what day it is! And that I'm just outa luck, tells me to go to the the the tire place I just left. BUT, BUT...the technician working tells me to come back after lunch and he will fix it, because he found a screw in my tire while the service manager is telling me they can't help me. I can't wait until after lunch, the technician marks the screw and apologized for the way I'm being treated. I leave, going home and see FAUSETT'S. I go inside and tell the man behind the counter what is going on. This man immediately apologized for how other businesses did not help me, offered his condolences for the passing of my mother-in-law and explained it would be approximately 30 minutes before my tire could be fixed. That's great! I need it fixed. Offered me a seat, inside where it was cool. I was spoken to/checked on 2 different times and updated on my wait time and progress of getting the tire fixed. My vehicle was brought back to the front door after the tire was fixed. The technician who fixed it came inside, explained what he did and he apologized for the awful morning I was having, thanked me for my business and walked me to the service counter. The owner again apologized for my experience at other businesses and for my 30 minute wait at FAUSETT'S. The service was fantastic, the employees and owners were kind and courteous. I was treated with respect, more like family than just a customer. FAUSETT'S is the place to take your vehicle for tire repair or engine/automotive work. Best in Adel Ga.!! Brought my 40 year old Corvette after calling them to make sure they had the knowledge to work in it. Came in running rich with a poor idle. They had it for 3 days. Asked me it they could install now spark plugs (they where foweled obviously because of the rich running condition) and I said yes. They the asked to pull off the intake to do some more diagnose...and I said yes. Called me at the end of day 3 and said that had no answer for the cars poor performance. They didn't charge me a unreasonable amount and did not "throw parts" at it. Thank you for that. But what they did do was fill my windshield with greasy finger prints and smudges along with leave coffee cup stains on the rear of the car. This isn't a beat up Honda civic that no one cares about. This is a classic car with 47,000 miles! The disrespect was real. A little cleaning goes a long way guys.... That wasn't cool. End of rant

Would not recommend. They are prolonging the service for my car. It has been over a week and many trips to the part store spending unnecessary money. Communication is terrible and I have been nothing but stressed this entire process. They have been paid and my car still came out having the same issue. Currently waiting for someone to correct it with a whole new purchase of a part they said I needed, but they aren’t showing up nor communicating. Unprofessional!

Hands down the best service I have had from a tire shop ever in my life, I cannot recommend this place enough! My partner and I were driving through Georgia on our way back home to Florida when our tire popped on the interstate! I called this shop and within 30 minutes Matt was able to come by and roadside assist and replace the tire right then and there. The service was incredible! Matt was so helpful and so kind and we really appreciated being able to get back on the road so quick. Thank y’all for all your help ! I would give 10 stars if I could!

We had a blowout on our RV on I-75 in Georgia and pulled off onto a small two-lane road just off the Interstate. As darkness fell and after waiting way too long for a certain 3-letter roadside assistance company, my wife and I searched google and found Fausett's Automotive. We called and Matt was out there in less than 30 minutes. He changed the tire, checked to make sure the brakes weren't damaged (fortunately, the brakes, slide mechanism and skirting were fine) and he checked all of the other tire's pressure. He even discovered a stem issue on another tire and fixed it. Loved that he was thorough in his work, friendly and professional. Very reasonable pricing for the repairs.
