I’ve had my fair share of good and bad experiences with diesel shops. I would 100% recommend anyone with a diesel to John’s shop at Fauerworks! They communicate very well, are transparent from the start with pricing, and don’t surprise you with a random add on to your bill. I have a 28 yr old 7.3 and he’s fixed problems I’ve had with it for years that no other shop could seem to figure out. As long as I’m in the area Fauerworks will always have my business! Special thanks to everyone at the shop who put the time and effort and care into a truck that old because it is my prized possession and they most definitely treat it the same as I do!

As a woman who knows very little about cars, going to get work done on my car can be daunting. I spoke to Ralph on the phone and he was kind and patient and got me in quickly. Kenny took a thorough look at my car and John helped to explain everything we would have to do. I’ve never felt *more comfortable* and have full trust in a mechanics team before Fauerwerks. Would highly recommend their services, especially for women who may need a little extra assistance! I will definitely be a lifelong customer!

John and his team came very highly recommended by my coworker who has been his client for a very long time. I was hesitant at first because I dont trust anyone with my cars anymore and I could not be happier with how John treated me and my car. Appreciate the team at FauerWerks for the recent service on our 1990 Land Cruiser. I had a Banks Grid Heater installed by the shop. The service and quality of work was stellar. The price was significantly less expensive than the other shops that I contacted. They also work on all other types of vehicles even though they specialize in diesels. I will definitely be going here in the future for all my automotive repairs.

Ralph and John and the technician were really great. They did excellent work. They were very professional and paid attention to all the details. They took care of my truck as if it were their own. I haven't worked with them in the past. But I'm glad I took the chance and got some upgrades done on my Tacoma, new grille and lights. The guys couldn't have been more friendly and easy to work with on the project. The pricing was fair and it turned out better then I could have hoped for. I'll be back again soon for sure!
