From the moment he arrived, he was super friendly, polite, and had a big smile that instantly made me feel calmer. Zak wasn’t bothered by any of my questions—he actually welcomed them. He even encouraged me to watch and take photos while he worked, explaining every step of the tyre replacement in clear detail. Called FastrackbTyres at 1950 because of a blowout. Spoke to an extremely helpful person on the phone - they had the tyre in stock. Less than 40 mins later Witek arrived. Super professional service, took photos, used an app to catalog everything. Changed the tyre there and then. By 2045 it was sorted. Paid by card and everything was perfect! Thanks a lot for the quick support and reasonable pricing!

Excellent service from Ishmail. He came out to replace and fit my work tyre and was extremely professional from start to finish. He quickly noticed that the tyre previously fitted was actually the incorrect one, which I hadn’t been made aware of before, and explained everything clearly. He carried out the work efficiently, safely, and with great attention to detail. Really knowledgeable, honest, and reliable, exactly the kind of service you want when it comes to vehicle safety. Having a nail in my tyre and the need to drive 100 miles the next day was not ideal. The tyres on my car always have to be pre-ordered usually with 3 days notice. I was given Fastrack’s details by Jaguar Assistance. Called at 10pm and arranged for them to replace the tyre the next morning. Almost bang on time, Marek arrived, we had a chat, and he is a good guy with a lot of experience. Very friendly, and the tyre was quickly replaced so I was on the road exactly when I needed to. Thank-you. You will pay a premium for a home or roadside tyre change, which is quite reasonable, as when you need the job done, and done straight away, it is worth the extra cost. An excellent service for which I am very grateful.

Very helpful. Arrived on time. The technician showed me everything that he was doing and explained where the tyre had been punctured and that he could fix it instead of replacing. Gave peace of mind around the repair. I would use again due to the level of service and competitive pricing.

I contacted Fastrack Tyres as I needed a tyre replaced. The man I spoke to on the phone was polite and professional, made the booking process very easy. (Sorry I can't remember his name). I was told someone would be with me in 90mins and they where. Ishmael( hopefully correct spelling) contacted me when he was on the way, when he arrived he was polite, nice man. The van and set up was also impressive. He changed my tyre quickly, did a good job. The price seemed reasonable to me, they where the first and only company I called. I was happy with the all round service would recommend and use again. Thank you.

James was brilliant. He came to swap my tyres onto a new set of wheels and honestly made the whole process so easy. He turned up on time, was really friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Everything was done properly and with care — no rushing or cutting corners. It’s rare to come across someone who takes that much pride in their work. I’d definitely go to him again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.

James was our technician who arrived within our time period and was extremely friendly and professional. He replaced my van's tyres quickly and was kind enough to put air in my other tyres which was needed. Id highly recommend!
