I am a returning customer, meaning I got mold testing done for the 2nd time through Fast Mold testing ! Unlike the 1st time, this time we had a known water intrusion due to an attic door that had been mistakenly left open. James was very helpful this time as well. He took air samples and used the moisture meter to determine if there was an issue. He was also patient in explaining what water damaged walls and floors look like. They were able to answer all my questions and also had useful suggestions on how to prevent future water damage/mold issues. My original review: Fast Mold Testing was very quick to respond when I was looking for a company to do mold testing. The contractor whom they work with in the CA bay area (James) was very prompt in responding to text messages before and after the appointment. He arrived early, was professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate his patience and willingness to answer my many questions. He shared a number of helpful tips about mold prevention. If you have a tight deadline by which you need the test results, you may need to follow-up with Fast Mold Testing. I think this is true of any inspection company as they are all very busy. In my case, I didn't do this and there was a slight delay in getting my test results which they said was due to a shipping delay. Nevertheless, they made up for this by saying that I could have someone call me and go over the results. Two people ended up calling me and they were both knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions which I really appreciate !

Fast Mold testing was great. Their team was very responsive and polite while setting up the appointment. They were a bit pricey so I was concerned at first, but the care we received was worth every dollar. We had Steve come to our house and give us the rundown of the process with clear instructions. He was very genuine, friendly and informative. He answered all of our questions with very detailed answers while also providing insight on the matters. He clearly demonstrated his expertise through action. He not only handled the procedure with care and efficiency, he also made it a pleasant experience for my entire family. If you want someone to give you the situation rundown truthfully and with expert insight Steve is your man! I hope they are taking care of their employees because if any of them are even close to Steve’s level then this company is going places. 10/10 would get mold in my house again just to have them over.

We’ve been having issues with a mold smell coming from our master bathroom with no mold being visible. Fast Mold Testing sent a technician out who was very knowledgeable who ran a multitude of tests. Hoping to get some direction as to where mold might be located potentially behind walls or the shower floor. Great place to start before throwing money at a plumber to guess at where to look.
