We sought flower bed maintenance service and are very satisfied with the professional quality of work, transparent pricing, and excellent add-on options provided by Fast Lawnscapes. Ciera is great to work with - prompt, responsive, and communicative. Scheduling both the quote and the subsequent flower bed cleanup was easy and fast. We went from quote request to completed job within 48 hours, even when contending with inclement weather. The crew did an excellent job and hauled all of the weeds and dead plants away. Update - issue was fixed. I will have to fix the lawn myself. Thank you for finally calling back. I have updated the stars from one to three. I was involved in an accident and broke my back, pelvis, femur, and ankle, and had a lot of internal injuries. We have no privacy in the backyard from our neighbors so I decided to hire a company to install clusia along the fence and a couple other small things. I couldn’t do the work myself because of my injuries so I hired this company back in March. I asked that we don’t go beyond the house more than 12 feet. I asked for a rose tree planted in my landscape bed. I asked for plastics edging to be put around all the landscape beds. They quoted me a price and I gave them my card number for the deposit. The timeline was about a week or two. When they got here, they got right to work. They were really fast and I appreciate that. I saw them starting to dig past the house 12 feet and I tried to tell them to stop. They landscapers kept going because they didn’t understand. I tried to tell them a couple more times and they didn’t listen. I had my mother in law go out there and talk to them because I was in a wheelchair and couldn’t roll out there. They kept going along the whole fence so I called the HOA to get permission for that. They said it was fine as long as we don’t go beyond the neighbors fence. When the landscapers were done, with the back, I noticed they went about 6-10 feet beyond the fence. I told the guy that wasn’t acceptable. He said I said to go 12 feet beyond the house. I’m like that’s not the house. That’s the fence! So they continued on and finished the front. When they were done, they just took off without a peep. I called the manager, I believe Jose, and I texted him telling him not to charge me until the job was complete and to call me back. They charged me and never called me back. I have been trying to call for the last few months. The office manager always says she will have the manager call me and they never do. We did get someone to come out for an estimate and they said they would get it fixed because it was their fault. He saw they planted almost 10 feet into the HOA property. He said they would be out on 2-3 weeks. They have not shown up. Or called. It’s been about 5 weeks. I shouldn’t have to hire another company to fix their mistake. But I can’t get a call back. It’s been 6 months now and this is getting ridiculous.

My sod install experience with Fast Landscapes lasted approximately 2 months and was overall a very poor experience. The initial install didnt cover the areas discussed. Installers covered sprikler heads with sod and also did not remove weeds prior to laying down the new grass. A second install was ordered and, again, was laid in incorrect areas. I eventually had to use another company to finish the install. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT USE FAST LAWNSCAPES Please read: After careful deliberation I’ve decided to write this review after seeing a TikTok made by Kelly Guerrero about my pavers being “repoed” for failure to pay. In short, I did not pay my remaining balance with this company because of the quality of work that was done. Please see all photos. I was issued a full refund and allowed this company to gather their materials. The long detailed version, I hired Fast Landscapes to put in pavers and rocks in my garden. On the day of the job I noticed that the pavers were being installed in a different pattern than the photo that was shown to me. When I asked Tommy to please do the pattered as discussed, it was a different pattern altogether. When I asked them to do the pattern in the photo Tommy LIED to me and said that it would cost more because of more cuts and double the materials would be needed. I’ve confirmed this lie with neighbors and another paver company. So I allowed them to continue the work with the traditional brick pattern. We also discussed moving the irrigation system, they made terrible cuts into the bricks. Some of the cuts were so terrible that the bricks were in pieces. I mentioned it to them and I was told that they no longer touch irrigation systems as of the week prior, which is when my neighbor also got a quote and was told that they would move them for him. I told them, as long as the cuts looked okay that we could leave them. They tried again and it looked terrible again. When I returned home after receiving a message that the job was complete, I honestly thought it was a mistake. Everything was a mess, the pavers were very wavy, jagged cuts, the bricks didn’t go all the way up one side of my driveway. Partial bricks were missing where they should have been cut. I called and they said that they were finished. This is where all of the drama starts. I called the company and spoke with Kelly, she tells me that she sees nothing wrong with the photos she was sent and we talked about my issues with the job. She tried to give me a hard time but then caved. She explained that it was Tommy’s first job as a project manager and I was a Guinea pig, nice! They came out three times to try and straighten everything out and I could tell they were frustrated, but it still looked really bad! I live in a new neighborhood and I didn’t want to be the first with subpar work. She took me around the neighborhood to show me other pavers and their imperfections, I pointed out how they were better than what is in my driveway, she disagreed with an irrefutable visual comparison. I knew that we were no longer going to be able to work together. They wrapped it up once more, it looked better but still bad. I showed them pictures and tried to get them out once again to fill the gaps, cut the bricks for the ones missing, and level them out. Her response was, “it’s clear that you won’t be happy no matter how many times we come out. Your driveway is un level…” At this point I refused to pay, this went on for a day or so. At a later point she threatened to take it all back. I told her if she issued a full refund that she is welcome to grab their materials. The refund was issued and materials “Repoed” taken. Overall, it was a huge waste of time. I did get my money back. I spent more money with another company that did fantastic work and they only took half a day!

It would be great if you could notify us which day you're coming before you show up so we can remove the sprinkler. Right now the landscapers don't move it and just skip mowing the backyard.

I received 2 quotes when looking for a lawn maintenance company to take care of my landscape bed maintenance needs. Fast Lawnscapes(FL) and another local outfit........ let's just call them "Company B". Company B gave me a quote online without having come out and walked my lawn (Red flag), but I tried them out since their quote was honestly so cheap. Yes this is the point where you can insert the "You get what you pay for" quote. They sent a crew of 4 people out, they were at my home for about 3 hours and after they were done, I saw very little difference. So I of course severed my business dealings with them and contacted Fast Lawnscapes(found them with a Google search of my area). Within a couple days of my initial online inquiry, FL had sent a crew leader out to walk my entire property. They gave me a quote (very reasonable) and within a week of me receiving the quote they were out taking care of my landscape needs. 2 crewmen came out and removed every single weed in all of my mulch beds, trimmed all of my shrubs and trees and made my wife and I very happy. So happy in fact I asked one of the crewmen could they give me a quote to re-mulch all of my mulch beds. Once again, they walked the entire property sent me a very reasonable quote and was out to do the work within a couple days. Let's just end this by saying Fast Lawnscapes is my landscape maintenance company of choice and I 100% would recommend them to anyone.

This team did a great job as they had a large task at hand. They even had to battle some inclement weather which took the project longer than expected. All in all great job, would recommend them to my friends and family!

Bad. Tried them for less than a month. 1st time out didn’t edge a single part of my yard. 2nd time out missed strips in the grass. 3rd time was late and I watched them roll by the house and leave. Didn’t even cut the grass. Also was paying to have fertilization done for yard and mulch beds. Called the office and they had no idea what the program even was it seemed. Nothing showed scheduled for it either. Do not recommend.

They are indeed fast! They totally turned my yard around in less than a day, removing loads of debris and overgrown plants. The yard hasn't looked so fresh in a long time.

We’ve had Fast Lawnscapes for over 5 years and are still satisfied. No one can beat their prices and when they mess up, Kelly will make it right! Even if she’s on vacation!!
