Fast-Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs

I brought my new engagement ring to them to size down. They were finished in less than 3 hours my ring fits perfect and the band looks flawless - no indication whatsoever that it had been cut down. Very courteous and professional staff, and a very good experience.

I needed a battery+clean for a Breitling watch. Drove to Boca Raton to the authorized Breitling shop. They wld have to send it out, taking 8-10wks. We are from Switzerland, Not feasible. Fortunately we were referred to you. My watch was fully cleaned, air brushed with new battery in less 2hrs. Very efficient and expert Highly recommend. .

I went to Fast-Fix to get a watch band for my father. I called ahead and spoke with the owner’s niece who was very helpful. When we got to the store she continued to assist us and found a perfect band despite us being told by someone else that they didn’t think they had anything that would meet our needs. As promised the watch was ready in less than an hour of being dropped off and I received a text when it was ready. Thank you again for your help and we’ll be back if we ever need your services again.

Extremely friendly staff. I had to get one of the pins replaced on my watch band and they were able to do it within 15 minutes. Customer service was great and I’ll be going back for any watch or jewelry repairs. Very reasonably priced too.

I have found my new jewelry repair shop!! These folks are so kind & helpful, it was a pleasure doing business with them. They are very knowledgeable, fast & have a great shop in the Boca Town Center Mall. The work was performed quickly & with extremely reasonable pricing. Outstanding service and professionalism! They replaced my battery on a very old watch and tested the mechanism to ensure the watch was running correctly. This repair was accomplished within a few hours and I was able to pick up same day. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. Not sure what it normally costs but it was $25 to get my watch sized which I thought was reasonable. Would recommend

Dropped off this watch to fix november 16/25 , got the run around until jan 3/26 after calling multiple times and they finally said it was ready movement was changed(great), also paid to fix this, ( before its said that i never pointed this out) it was the first thing i pointed that needed to be fixed before i was told it also needed new movement, i was given a price (over $300) no problem paid no questions asked, but i guess almost 2 months wasnt enough time to properly fix it? Thank you but never again.

Great experience. They are all extremely friendly. I came in to get my wife's earring fixed and they did it in 2 to 3 minutes while I waited. It has been years since we have used them as we havent needed anything fixed in a while, but I will 100% come back here again!

They were very courteous warm and seemed to know what they were talking about. The repair was done quickly, and I was notified by email that it was ready. They did a fabulous job at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for Watch repair.
