Tonight I got my truck tire stuck in a ditch and it was in the most ODDEST position possible. Steve came the first time to pull it out and the cables snapped! Steve did not give up!! He went and got a different truck and pulled my truck from the ditch safely and securely!! It took a long time but he was worth the wait!! I am grateful!! Thanks so much Steve!! I wish there were more stars!! You are great❤️

I just had to get my car towed after getting a flat tire this evening and the owner who helped me was wonderful. It was pouring rain and he was exceptionally kind and accommodating despite the circumstances. I am so grateful for him and his service that he provided. Couldn’t recommend this company more!

This place was great. My wife had an accident in Birmingham and they drove our car all the way back to Nashville. So nice and friendly about everything. If you live in Birmingham use them for your towing needs

I was in a hit and run accident 200 miles away from home and they not only secured my car until approval to tow back home but kept in touch with me via phone/text and even my insurance company for safe delivery to my mechanic hours away. Could not recommend this company enough. After trying to get a tow truck from another company for over 4 hours, my insurance company found Fast Call Towing. Mo and Ray were exceptionally pleasant. Ray came out within 20 minutes of my phone call with Mo and had my car on the truck within 10 minutes of his arrival. Ray was friendly, professional, and quick. He also called me as soon as my car was dropped off at its destination. If you have any towing needs, please call them.

So efficient and incredibly kind! Tried to get with roadside assistance for an hour only for them to tell me they couldn’t have someone out for another 3 hours. I called Fast Call Towing and they were there within 15 minutes of my call. So pleasant and so helpful. Will be retaining his number for any future emergencies!

I had accidentally driven partially into a ditch. Called my insurance roadside assistance and they assigned another towing company that no-showed. They then re-assigned the call to Fast Call Towing. Ray got to me within 30 minutes of getting the call. Ray did great, quick, professional work and made sure that my car was still drivable and checked for leaks.
