Our sellers are 𝑑𝑒𝑎𝑟 clients of ours who we helped purchase this home a little over 3 years ago…fun fact: it was the first and only home they looked at and said, “yup! This is it!”…and the rest is history.
As they’ve lived here and grown in family size they knew it was time for a home that was a bit bigger and more functional for what they needed in the coming years.
So, we met with them at their house and went over the current market, clarified what they needed to clear financially so we could better price the home and understand before negotiations began, and proceeded to go room-by-room guiding them how to get their home ready for the market.
