Because we’re in the trenches with them (and also in real estate daily) we know the difficulties that most young adults are facing when it comes to affording to buy a home or even rent an apartment.
As parents, here are some creative ways that you can start helping your teens and young adult children prepare for their big day 🏠. We started talking to our boys about homeownership when they were in middle school (they could probably give you a first-time homebuyer presentation from memory 😂) and we’ve prepared them early for what to expect, what to do during teen years and also helped us understand how to best help them without just giving them a handout.
Comment “𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐓” to set up a phone call where you and us can realllllllly talk through what planning for your future looks like and how you can set yourself and your kids up for success as adult homeowners.
