Spokane's Northview Neighborhood
Northview, or Northview Estates, is a smaller residential neighborhood enclave located within the highly desirable Five Mile Prairie area of north Spokane. This small neighborhood has an active HOA and is located along quiet streets on the north end of the city. It feels far removed from the bustle of Spokane, yet it takes minutes to drive to with far less traffic than other large cities in Washington State.
