Just a month ago these first time homebuyers reached out, sat at our kitchen table ready to start their new home search.
They had a couple of non-negotiables but were really the easiest new buyers we’d ever worked with.
Close to work.
Price point was important.
New construction would be a dream.
And—they were so flexible in what their other wants were, jt made the experience so fun.
Finding this home was emotional for all of us — it’s one of those times when you feel as much joy and happiness as the homebuyers themselves, because they
ｄｅｓｅｒｖｅｄ this home.
Last week, they officially became FIRST TIME HOMEOWNERS and began a brand new chapter in their lives.
We are just so thankful that they included us in a small part of their life’s story….they will forever hold a chapter in ours 🤍. They sorta have to, they’re family 🤍🤍
