Well, just so happens we do know! And she knew that (thanks to our daily coffee runs) we could help her sort through her questions and concerns.
We explained what owning bare land truly means (and when it’s as much as she could potentially acquire, it’s a life-changer). We talked about zoning and planning and what she could potentially do with the land based on the answers on those 2 factors.
We shared the potential to build and develop.
We explained how her land ownership could be her “buy in” to a big project and not have to put any cash into the project.
We helped her understand so many parts of investing, raising funds, how 1031-exchanges work and the legalities of a possible development down the road.
We can truly say that she left our house today with a clear vision and excitement. A simple 1-hour conversation that could possibly change the trajectory of her life.
Aaron could have talked for hours, it’s something that excites him—especially when other people can see the possibilities.
