And then there’s the one’s that are hard to say goodbye to. 🥹
The day we met Kalima, we knew immediately that she was our people. We sat across from her at her kitchen table and were in awe of her.
As a person.
As a single mother.
As an entrepreneur.
As someone who knew what they wanted in life.
And as someone who wouldn’t take “no” for an answer.
She is wise beyond her years and anyone who gets the chance to meet her and know her will immediately feel the same.
The last 2 months she proved that when she wanted something she didn’t give up. We’re sure that in the last 2 weeks she aged 10 years alongside us and one of the most stressful real estate transactions we’ve endured. In short, 4 closings had to occur in order for her to be in this new home (if you’re a realtor, you can pick your jaw up off the floor now 🤣).
This week, Kalima and her kids stepped foot into their brand new, first-owners ever, home. She’s worked so hard to get to this point and we KNOW without a doubt that it’s just the beginning for her.
Kalima, you are not only one of our clients, but you’ve turned into a friend—and more than anything we value that so much and are just so grateful to be a part of your life now.
