Brandy is the best! She did an amazing job helping out my parents when they moved. She went above and beyond for them. They had a complicated situation due to having to move in a quick time frame, and the buyers of their old home, out of state, being very demanding. Brandy really went above her job description to help them out. They wouldn't be in their home today if it wasn't for her. My husband and I decided to put our home up for sale about a month after my parents moved and we chose Brandy to be our realtor even though we already had another realtor lined up. I cannot say enough about Brandy. She took care of us like we were her own family. I can't go into details about the experience we just had, with her representing us while attempting to purchase a property. The other agent was an absolute nightmare and tried to sabotage the sale of home. Brandy fought tooth and nail for us, including helping us retain a lawyer (yeah it was an absolute nightmare situation) to protect ourselves and get our earnest money back in the process. When we traveled from the Midwest, Brandy set up several house viewings in the Utah and southern Idaho areas. She was on time for the viewings, whether they were in town or in remote areas. She also did a nice job conducting live video tours for us. For all viewings she was honest and pointed out the pros and cons of houses, including structural and utility issues. She did a good job coordinating long-distance negotiations between the sellers and us. Brandy has a pleasant, out-going personality and is easy to work with.

Brandy is wonderful!! Patient with clients while trying to find their dream house, knowledgeable about the housing industry, and goes the extra mile when things happen like locking yourself out of your house and she arranges for an associate with the Franklin Group that loves just a few minutes away to come access the lock box key so you can get in your house! When our va appraisals came back not as expected Brandy worked hard to get what we needed out of the buying and selling processes. She takes care of her clients, is willing to be of help when needed, and is in it for helping people find homes that are a good fit and make them happy. With Brandy it is not all about her comission. I would not only reccomend Brandy but will also use her again if we buy a new home.
