Fantastic Lawns - Landscaping, Excavating, Snow & Ice Removal

Exceptional service. Although this was an end of season outreach from a first time customer, I was treated with impeccable respect and timely servicing. One of the best Fall Clean Ups I have ever had. My yard is huge but they knocked it out with ease and efficiency. They definitely understood the assignment.

I recently reached out to Fantastic Lawns because my husband hurt his back and couldn’t mow our lawn anymore. Tom responded right away and was very understanding of our issue. He got us on the schedule right away. When Tom and his team came to do our lawn I was extremely impressed. They were very professional, kind, and efficient. Our yard looked so good that all of the neighbors were asking about it. I’m so grateful they could help us!

My prior lawn service disappeared in the fall, so I called Fantastic Lawns on a warmer February 2024 day. The owner Tom answered, and we arranged for his crew to come out the next day to do a roof blowoff and to clean up the leaves/pine needles and larger downed branches in the yard (we have tons of large trees for a subdivision lot, when we did it ourselves we would bag 70-80 lawn bags stuffed to the top every fall). The crew of 3 to 4 people showed up around noon and went straight to work. At 4 pm they were still working and I scanned outside to check progress, which looked so wonderful that I messaged Tom about how great they were doing. The crew finished around 5:30 pm, spending over 5 hours cleaning every leaf, pine needle, and downed branch from our yard and extensive flower beds. They even pulled the dead growth from our small, fenced garden and trimmed back two out-of-control ornamental grasses. The price Tom quoted was very fair, and because his crew went above and beyond what we had discussed, we easily agreed on a fair adjustment. The only thing I am bummed out about is that Fantastic Lawns is in Holt, so they can't do my regular lawn service this coming season (but I am using them again for another landscaping project this winter). Bottom line, Fantastic Lawns is a fantastic company that actually cares, which can be hard to find for a lawn service. I recommend them 100%, try them and you will love the results.

Tom was great to work with and was quick to respond to any questions that I had...providing excellent customer service is a priority. I have used a few lawn care companies over the years and the Fantastic Lawns company is, far and away, the best company I have used, and will continue to use, for my lawn care. They are always professionaland, courteous and pay attention to detail.

Tom was able to fit me in his schedule with short notice. Lawn care services have been outstanding. I am a big believer in supporting local businesses in my community. My lawn can be a challenge given that it’s so healthy and lush. Very happy with the service and reasonable cost. Highly recommend .

First of all their business number went straight to a cell phone. I attempted to get a job quote from them. I let them know my schedule was open to whenever they could get here to do the quote and they couldn’t even give me a day or a time in their schedule to come “the job.
