This veterinary clinic is absolutely AMAZING!! I just took my very energetic cat, Linus, there for the first time. Due to unexpected financial circumstances when I first got him a year ago, he was behind on his vaccines; I was nervous about being judged, but they were so understanding and didn’t make it feel like an issue or a big deal at all! The pricing was so reasonable ($33 per vaccine). The staff were also so personable, and it’s evident that everyone who works there truly loves animals! It was one woman’s first day, but that only made it very clear that they hire the best staff, because she was amazing with both me and Linus! The veterinarian, Dr. Afzal, was exceptionally caring, patient, and accommodating with Linus. Linus was up on top of a very high shelf when he came to examine him, so he brought in a ladder and did half his exam up there! He did this so casually, like it was completely mundane for him, that I assumed it was common, only to be told afterward that that was the first time he’s ever had to do it! He was so nurturing with Linus that afterward he was able to bring Linus down so he could finish the exam and administer the vaccines. And Linus barely batted an eye when he got the three shots, due to how gentle and calming Dr Azfal was!! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!! Absolutely amazing veterinary clinic, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and I will absolutely be bringing Linus back for all of his future health care!

I appreciated Fanshawe Vet Clinic for booking my cat quickly. The clinic, which opened a year ago, is clean, and the staff are friendly. Dr Afzal can diagnosed quickly and explained treatment options clearly, including the costs. Unfortunately, my cat was very anxious around the male veterinarian and didn’t cooperate as he usually does.

Receptionist and Vet are all nice and knowledgeable. I love their reminder call for upcoming vaccinations or annual check ups. Very reasonable pricing as well. They are super friendly and nice to my fur babies!

I can’t recommend Dr. Afzal enough! He recently did the spay and neuter for my two kittens, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they received. The procedures went smoothly, the prices were the best I could find, and what truly stood out was his genuine love for animals. He’s not commercial at all like so many other clinics that seem more focused on money than the well-being of your babies. He always answered my texts promptly and kept himself updated on my kittens’ progress even after the surgery, which gave me so much peace of mind. It’s rare to find a vet who truly cares this much about their patients. I’m so grateful to have found him and will definitely be bringing my pets back in the future.

Easy vet clinic, super transparent with pricing. From out of town, and my cat had an issue, very last minute appointment and they were wonderful to work with. Didn't ask for a review, so it seems like the reviews on here are legitimate. Cat is happy!

The veterinary staff were extremely, helpful, friendly, and kind to my animal. They take their jobs seriously, and do a great job at a great price. Definitely recommend!

Just had a brand new puppy, I went there first time for the second vaccination set for my puppy, consultation was free for first time and the doctor was so amazing including the staff, they did not try to sell anything. Just pure care related to puppy.! Amazing it is much recommended. The price for consultation is cheapest in london I guess.

Wonderful experience at this clinic, would definitely recommend. Dr Afzal is knowledgeable and took his time to answer all my questions. He was very good with my cat. And the front staff were great too.

We had such a great experience at our visit with Dr. Afzal today. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and personable. They really made us feel comfortable right away. Dr. Afzal himself was wonderful. He was very kind, gentle, and took the time to connect with both us and our puppies. He performed the most thorough exam we’ve ever had for our dogs, and it was clear he truly cares about the animals he treats. We were so impressed by his attention to detail and how clearly he explained everything to us. On top of the excellent care, the pricing was very reasonable, which we really appreciated. It is not often you find a vet that combines such high-quality service with such a warm and friendly environment. We’re very happy we found this clinic and will definitely be returning.
