Family RV Center Sweetwater

Purchased my 2021 Kingsport Gulfstream Rv (our 1st Rv) a few weeks ago from Rhylon he went above and beyond. This is what I call amazing customer service. I messaged him on Thursday told him I was looking for a 2 bedroom RV gave him a price range and by Friday morning he had the perfect Rv for us. I told him only day off my husband and son have is on Sundays and that he works till 3:30 on Saturday...Saturdays they close at 2pm well he made sure to come back for us on Saturday to be able to pick up our RV. We are a couple hours away from Sweetwater and he did not mind waiting for us. Honestly I dont know how else I would have ever been able to get into an RV if it wasn't for his willingness to go back to work on a Saturday!!! We are very happy with our home away from home!!! Worst experience with a new RV!! Four tires blow out in our third time using the RV. The spare tire was a used tire with a plug and no air on it. Mind you it was a 100 mile trip. We had to get a service truck to replace all the tires on the side of the road. My refrigerator keeps getting hot after 8 hours of use. Microwave doesn’t have electrical power. RV still has warranty I called there service department. They just gave me a 1-800 number.

I have been looking for a new camper trailer to call home and called Family RV in Sweetwater, TX 1 week ago. I was greeted over the phone by Brad who immediately took my needs and situation seriously. He got to work getting me financing and got a plan mapped out. Upon arrival, I was greeted as if I were an old friend and taken to my new camper. Brad gave me an informative walk through answering any and all of my questions. He made the buying process so easy and care free! I had previously inquired with another well known company who prides themselves on approvals just to be denied unless I had an ungodly amount to put down. I was very discouraged when I made the call last Friday. Turns out, I was amazed by the professionalism and kindness I found in Brad and the whole staff at Family RV. Update: Travis continues to provide great service, would sefinltu recommend him to anyone! This was our first time purchasing an RV and we came here after a family member bought their RV here. We got off to a rocky start with our new RV. Albert was amazing at making sure everything was taken care of and made right. Their new building is way nice and super spacey. Would definitely recommend everyone to come and shop with these guys with the way we were treated. Travis was a great salesman and in the times we went back, always stopped by to chat and say hi. Greatly appreciate all the work and help!

We had an excellent sales man by the name of Drake. It found exactly what we were looking for. The owner was very polite and accommodating. These guys are true experts. Family RV in Sweetwater is the best!!! We will refer everyone to these guys. Thank you.

Have bought 4 RV’s from different places now and this time was the best experience I have ever had. Chris was awesome! Made things super easy and was very easy to work with. Wont buy a RV from anywhere else anymore! Highly Recommend!!

Really enjoyed the buying process with Rhylon Glass at Family RV Center. The sale went very well and the fifth wheel was cleaned up and ready to go. We had an issue after getting it home, one of the slides wouldn’t come out so we went back and a maintenance tech made some adjustments. The slide will now come out if you bump the switch about 6 to 10 times. I believe Family RV will honor the 30 day warranty and replace the slide out motor. That will make us happy campers! After a horrible experience with our local RV dealership, I contacted Family RV in Sweetwater. Brad was amazing, we were pretty set on one particular travel trailer. Brad wanted our business, he provided us with an option similar to what we wanted, we drove to go see it and fell in love with it, ended having more options and storage space. The thing that stuck out to me was how respectful he treated us, he answered every question, communicated everything up front and shared his recommendations. He even had the trailer opened completely up, it was clean and ready to go. He let us operate nearly every feature. We made the deal and had us out the door with our new rig the very next day. Brad is a solid guy, cares about his customers and that made Family RV stand out above the others. Give Brad a shot, you won’t regret it! We will be lifelong customers.
